Journey into the heart of Glacier National Park, where the stunning Grinnell Glacier awaits! On this small group guided hike, you will explore the natural beauty of Glacier National Park while gaining insight into the cultural history of the local indigenous people and culture.
Departing from East Glacier with your group and guide, you'll drive to the Many Glacier region of Glacier Park to begin. Roughly 11 miles round trip with moderate inclines, this is generally considered a strenuous hike, but the views and scenery are well worth it!
Your hike to Grinnell Glacier will take you through the Many Glacier Valley as you pass picturesque views of Swiftcurrent Lake, Lake Josephine, and Grinnell Lake. Varied terrain will bring you past lush meadows, rocky outcrops, scenic overlooks, and of course... glaciers!

What Is a "Small Group Hike"?
Guided hikes in small groups may consist of up to nine people total, including people from outside your reservation. If you have a smaller group and want to ensure you are the only people on the hike, please contact us directly for custom pricing.
Meeting Location & Logistics
This tour starts and ends in East Glacier Park Village where you will begin the journey with your guide to the Many Glacier region. If you are already staying in Many Glacier, your guide will arrange a meeting point with you.
Park entry into is include in this tour and vehcile reservations are not required.
