Each tour has a unque cancellation window. Many tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours while others might be up to 7 days for things like Private trips. Please see the cancellation policy listed on each tour page description. No refund is available if canceled after the stated cancellation window.  Glacier Tourbase must be notified at (406) 200-8325 or by email for a refund to be issued. To request a cancellation, please provide us with your reservation number (beginning with the letter “A” followed by numbers), as well as your reason for cancellation. We send an email out once the refund has been issued. *Our Book Now, Pay Later option requires a 5% deposit that is non-refundable under any circumstance.
