Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior pottery experience?

No! These lessons are perfect for absolute beginners. Your instructor will guide you through each step.

Do we get to keep our art?

The process of creating a finished product takes several weeks due to firing and drying time. Because of this, you won't be leaving with a great experience and an education but not a finished product.

What do we actually do during this pottery lesson?

You’ll be surprised at how much fun it is to play with clay and embrace your creativity with child-like joy. Starting from the basics, you’ll learn about clay and the fascinating process of transforming raw material into a unique work of art. You’ll explore essential techniques, from wedging and centering on the wheel to shaping a cylinder, crafting a bowl, and more.

How many people are part of the classes?

This class accommodates up to 4 people at a time. If you have a larger group please contact us by email for a special request.
