Description
Escape aboard your private 26′ Weldcraft Maverick for a full 4‑hour fishing voyage on Flathead Lake. Pro gear, seasoned guidance, and total tranquility—all yours. We'll do our best to give you an incredible time and get you into lake trout, northern pike and mountain whitefish, all at your own pace.
This half-day charter is led by an experienced guide who handles all the details so you can focus on the fish and surrounding beauty of Flathead Lake. The boat is fully outfitted with top-tier gear—Okuma rods, Garmin GPS, fish finders, Cannon down-riggers, and electric anchors to help you stay precisely on the fish once you find them. Whether you're casting for lake trout in deeper water or trolling near the shores, your guide will adjust techniques based on conditions and your group’s preferences.
This trip is ideal for all experience levels, including beginners. Your guide is hands-on and approachable, offering tips and help as needed. Children are welcome, and those under five ride and fish free. There’s no rush—your group has the boat entirely to yourselves, allowing a relaxed pace with plenty of time to learn, ask questions, or simply enjoy the view. Light snacks and cold waters are provided, but you’re welcome to bring additional food or drinks.
When the fishing wraps up, your guide will clean and filet your catch right on the boat. If you’re planning to cook it yourself or want it smoked and shipped home, we'll help with options through a local partner service. The entire experience is designed to be low-stress and accommodating, with everything from safety gear to bait already taken care of. It’s four well-spent hours on the water—with plenty to show for it by the time you step back onto the dock.
You'll be provided with all the necessary fishing equipment (but don't forget your Montana FWP Fishing License) as well as snacks and beverages to enjoy along the way.
