Explore the hidden gems of northwest Montana on scenic routes and backroads through Flathead National Forest and near Glacier National Park. This full-day UTV rental allows you the freedom and flexibility to explore at your own pace as you chart your route through the scenic terrain.
Beginning from Hungry Horse, MT, about 10 miles from the West Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park, you'll have immediate access to Forest Service roads surrounding the expansive Hungry Horse Reservoir. Traverse high ridgelines as you ascend to epic mountain views at nearby Desert Mountain or continue your way along the shores of the reservoir for a relaxing lake day and off-road exploration.
Along with your top-of-the-line UTV rental, you'll be outfitted with safety helmets and goggles as well as maps, a GPS locator, and a walkie-talkie, just in case. You'll also find bungee cords and storage space to bring your own gear, coolers, or backpacks. Before taking off, there's a short safety briefing to review everything you need to know to safely operate the rental.

It's important to note that these rentals do not guarantee access to Going-to-the-Sun Road or provide entry to Glacier National Park. What if we get lost?
Each group will receive a walkie-talkie and a well-marked map that we review with you prior to departure. If you do end up lost, we can send a member of our team to guide you back to the business office. It's recommended to download the Avensa Map prior to your visit.
Do I need prior experience to drive a UTV?
No prior experience is necessary, and a safety briefing and equipment overview are provided before your adventure. UTV drivers must be at least 18 years of age, and all drivers must possess a valid driver's license. Children under the age of 12 are required to wear a helmet on the UTV.
What should I wear?
Dress in layers suitable for changing weather conditions and your time outdoors. Consider bringing a swimsuit, fishing gear, or extra hiking gear! Helmets and goggles are provided.
Can we visit Glacier National Park?
All rentals are street-legal and can drive through the park, but do not guarantee access to Going-to-the-Sun Road and are not valid in place of a vehicle reservation.

The pickup location is in Hungry Horse, MT, and near an access point to Flathead National Forest. All rentals are street-legal and can travel on any major highways or scenic roads.
