Start your ride right after pick-up or catch a free shuttle from the nearby Apgar Visitor Center to bike Going-to-the-Sun Road. right from Apgar Village inside West Glacier, eliminating the need for a shuttle or bike rack if you choose to ride from here.

Bike Specifications
This powerful fat tire e-bike has 5 Pedal Assist modes and a throttle. It utilizes a 1500 Watt Peak electric hub motor that will get you moving to speeds up to 28 MPH
Each bike includes one battery which can give you a total distance of 15-25 miles before recharging depending on how much pedal assist you use.

When can I bike Going-to-the-Sun Road?
Biking on Going-to-the-sun road typically begins in April and lasts through mid-June. Once peak season starts (June 15th to Labor Day) there are additional time restrictions on cycling from 11 AM - 4 PM. Check out this page on Glacier National Park's official bike policies.
Does this reservation count as a Going-to-the-Sun Road Vehicle Reservation?
This reservation is NOT valid in place of a Going-to-the-Sun Road Vehicle Reservation. If you do not have a vehicle reservation there is a free shuttle from the Apgar Visitor Center.
