Take in epic views of the beloved Sinopah Mountain, named "kit fox" in the Blackfeet language, that towers above Two Medicine Lake serving as a remarkable and iconic backdrop.
Traverse dense forests of lodgepole pine and Douglas fir then cross through the meadows and marshy areas of this picturesque valley. The journey through this magnificent region encompasses glacially-formed lakes, towering mountains, waterfalls, and meandering creeks. Learn about the reddish-hued rock formations adorning the mountainsides that create a unique setting commonly found on the east of Glacier National Park.
Group hikes through Two Medicine Valley cover a maximum distance of 8 miles, with an elevation change of up to 1,000 feet. The majority of Two Medicine trails meander alongside Two Medicine Lake, with gradual changes in elevation. Trails leading to various waterfalls may involve steeper elevation changes, albeit at a measured pace.
