Glacier National Park Full-Day Photography Workshop
Description
Join local professional photographer Jack Bell for a full-day private workshop inside Glacier National Park, one of North America’s most photoworthy landscapes. Whether you’re just learning manual settings or refining an advanced portfolio, this immersive experience adapts to your skill level and creative goals.
Your day begins with local pickup at your hotel or lodging, followed by a scenic drive alongside the Flathead River on your way to Glacier National Park. As a fully custom and intimately crafted experience, no two tours are the same, and each trip is tailored to your preferences. Depending on the light and conditions, you may want to capture early morning alpenglow or the colorful washes of a Montana sunset while looking for evening wildlife. Along the way, Jack provides step-by-step instruction on composition, lighting, and storytelling — helping you see the park through a master photographer’s lens.
We’ll visit both iconic and popular locations for some of the must-sees of the park, as well as one or two hidden spots perfect for unique shots or wildlife encounters. Nature walks and short hikes are optional to your comfort level, with plenty of time for personalized coaching. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the day, and a hearty, locally sourced meal keeps you fueled for your creative journey.
Whether your focus is landscapes, wildlife, or water features, you’ll gain confidence shooting in dynamic light and mountain conditions. Every moment is designed to help you grow your skills — and return home with a collection of striking images that tell the story of your day in Glacier National Park.
